It cannot be redeemed for cash, applied as payment to any account, submitted for refund, or replacs if lost, stolen, or destroyed. If winning bidder cannot pick up at the CFC location in Thousand Oaks the week of 09/27, then they will responsible for $3.00 processing fee to mail.
