We recommend you arrive at the depot no less than thirty minutes before the train departure time for which you are booked. This may used be used on regularly scheduled operating days and are non-refundable. Also, this may not be used towards special events. 

If winning bidder cannot pick up at the CFC location in Thousand Oaks the week of 09/27, then they will responsible for $3.00 processing fee to mail.
