Description

Artist Betsy Hall Harrison has created this tropical work of art on silk.  It measures 20" x 12" unframed.  This Giclee print offers the best visual printing process, producing the most accurate color reproduction of the original work.

Betsy Hall Harrison is a batik artist who lives in Ocean City, MD and works in her studio in Berlin, MD. Batik is a resist technique using fabric dyes and hot wax on silk. The colors are applied in layers beginning with lighter hues and finishing with darker ones or black. Betsy also does watercolor house portraits and accepts commissions for these and her trademark batiks. Her work may be seen by special appointment at Playa Oeste Gallery in Rincon, Puerto Rico.
