We specialize in homemade Cuban food. Our roast pork is one of the most popular items on the menu. Alex has been in the restaurant business since he was 11 with his grandfather. His grandfather, Rolando, use to own Número UNO in downtown then sold it, and opened Rolando's in Casselberry. His grandfather sold it and retired in 1999. Alex opened Alex's Cuban Cafe in 2000. He has kept it a family run business.
