Clean, bright, cherry red developing to maroon. On the nose, very intense. Well integrated aromas, sweet barrels and fruits hints. Pleasant entrance on the palate, elegant structure and balance as a whole. Medium - long finish.  It matches with grilled or fried potatoes, mushrooms, ham or any kind of meat and pairs nicely with medium-aged cheese and berry desserts.
