No one will ever forget Game 2 of the "Earthquake Series"!

This series was also known as the Bay Bridge Series, BART Series and Battle of the Bay as the two participant cities lie on opposite sides of San Francisco Bay, connected by the the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge.  The Athletics swept the Giants in four games after a 2 week delay due to the 7.2 earthquake that struck the region on October 17th.
