It's every child's fantasy and an opportunity of a lifetime to create your own flavor of ice cream! Silbermann's will help your child/children fulfill that fantasy by making him or her "chef for the day" in our manufacturing room creating a base flavor with a mix-in. You'll get to pour the milk into the machine, add ingredients, watch it spin and get cold before packaging 15 half gallon containers for you to take home once frozen to share with friends and family.

It's lots of fun and has been known to become a family's most memorable moment, creating something together they'll cherish forever.
