Black Fig: Dark , rich California black mission figs paired with 72% Madagascar chocolate. Classic citrus notes are balanced with fruit and nut.
Belize Toledo: Origin: Co-op Maya Mountain Cacao. Tasting Notes (Aroma/Flavor/Finish): Dried plum/Tart cherry/Jasmine
Brown Butter with Nibs and Sea Salt: A deliciously rich bar that simply sings! Cacao from Akesson Plantation of Madagascar, Fazenda Camboa of Brazil, and organic cane sugar from Brazil, to craft this 73% Northerner Blend. The chocolate is combined with browned butter from local Rumiano Family creamery to create an ultra creamy foundation for crunchy roasted cacao nibs and delicate sea salt.
75% Brazil, Fazenda Camboa: Single origin 75% Brazil dark chocolate (75% cacao and 25% organic cane sugar) with the incredible cacao sourced directly Cacao Bahia in Brazil. TASTING NOTES: Honeysuckle / Fresh Grape / Walnut
72% Madagascar, Sambirano: Made using cocoa beans from a cacao farm in northern Madagascar in the Sambirano Valley. TASTING NOTES: Molasses / Orange / Raisen / Toast

The winning bidder may pick up this item between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday at the Breast and GYN Health Project, 987 8th Street, Arcata, CA (Next to the Arcata Co-op). Please call us to schedule your pick up during this crazy COVID-19 period. Masks are required. Special pick-up times can be arranged: call 707-825-8345 or email Rosegz@hcbhp.org. We are willing to make arrangements for after-hours and weekend pick-ups. We will be closed on November 26th and 27th for Thanksgiving.
