Enjoy a 4-course dinner for up to 6 people with Chandler Klein of Biba Cocina in Beaver. The winning bidders will have the restaurant to themselves on a Sunday in November. A carefully sourced and prepared menu of the freshest in-season ingredients will delight the attendees:

First course: salad with roasted and chilled squash, pepitas, apples, pears, and goat cheese, with oil & vinegar. Bread on the table when guests arrive.

Second course: pasta with spinach, tomato, bacon, herbs, butter, wine, and garlic.

Main course: steak with roasted red pepper purée, fried shallot rings, and a seared and roasted trumpet mushroom with parm and herbs.

Dessert: spiced cake with apple cider glaze, streusel crumble, and whipped cream.

3 bottles of wine (1 red, 1 white, and 1 rose) will be included for the winning bidders!
