I’m Camila. I am a Pilates instructor with ten years of experience, aware of the needs and past injuries of my students, always working with their strengths and limitations so I can offer variables on the exercise. I am very creative, passionate and willing to continue learning about my field. I can put together a private class where you can workout, have fun and relax.
A 15 minute warm up leads into a series of pilates and yoga flows that are broken up by deep stretches for each body part worked. The class ends with restorative stretches and adjustments that create a sense of calm and relaxation.
