Support your investment in 3D Printing with a branded Ortho Aligner Box. Deliver aligners or retainers to patients with packaging that positions your product as equal in quality to national brands.

The Whiddon Group, Orthodontic Marketing Consultants, will work directly with your practice to create a custom Ortho Aligner Box and die-cut insert in two steps:

Step One: Box & Insert Creation
Your packaging will be sized to hold what you wish to deliver — aligners/retainers, carrying case, hygiene kits, whitening … even fun surprises. Die-cut inserts can feature slots to showcase aligners in order your patients will need them, or be sectioned to hold a stack.

Step Two: Graphic Design
All sides, inside and out, can be printed to showcase your practice brand. Our graphic design team will match your existing marketing style, or can consult with your existing designers, providing templates and guidance for press preparation. Boxes can be designed for in-person presentations or shipping.

The price of printing and shipping the box and aligner bags
are not included and will be billed separately.
Production costs depend on the size of the box and the quantity ordered.
