This vintage has a medium to light lemon colour with aromas of stone and tropical fruit framed by light spicy notes from the barrel aging. On the palate the wine has flavours of green apple, and tropical notes framed by light toastiness and creamy mid palate. This is all rounded out by a refreshing crisp citrus finish and beautiful acidity.

A burnt maroon hue appears in the glass. A perfume of plums, light vanilla, and white pepper arrives on the nose. More substantial in body, our Syrah will pair well with pork and rich mushroom dishes.
