Description
HBUMC members Bo Walker and Ed Coleman will come to your party/tailgate/special event and chop up some of their award winning ENC Barbecue. Nothing better or more impressive than having a whole hog smoking on the grill to impress your guests. And better yet, let Glencove Farm Barbecue do all the work and clean-up!
Details of this package include:
-Who: You and up to 50 guests
-What: Whole hog pig pickin’ with 2 sides and slaw (drinks not included)
-Where: Location must be within 25 miles of HBMC
-When: Mutually agreeable date between winner and Glencove Farm Barbecue (Must be scheduled within 12 months of auction)
-How: All cooking to be done on-site and must have sufficient space for two tents (approx. 20’ x 20’)
-Why: Because nothing beats ENC Barbecue!
*Would be fun with the local band Jump Mountain (Lot 185)!
Special Instructions
Items can be picked up at Hayes Barton Methodist Church on Sunday, November 14th between 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. Please check in at the Silent Auction table located outside the Sanctuary on Stone Street to pick up your item. If shipping is required, all shipping and packaging charges will be charged to the winning bidder.
If you are the winning bidder, your credit card will be charged for your items at 2:00 pm on the day of the auction (November 14th). There is a charge of 3.4% + $0.35 of the purchase price. If your winning bid is over $500, and you would like to pay with a check, please email jenniferlumpkin@gmail.com or call 919-741-8460 before 2:00 pm on November 14th.
A .pdf gift certificate for this item will be emailed to the winner on November 14th.
