Sea-bass Cats | Cats and Catboats alike chase each other over a Sea-Bass.

Always searching for a painting, I split my time exploring the varied sea coasts of the Gulf of Mexico and the shores of Martha’s Vineyard searching for the light, an alluring composition, a story to tell and the iconic images of a place. Equally at home in the studio or en plein air, I use oils to translate that search into works that speak of time and place, dreams and reminiscence, passing storm and serenity. I am an active artist member of the Martha’s Vineyard Art Association and busy chair of events for that organization. I recently had the honor of chairing the very successful Catboats! Event in July.
