I struggle with anxiety adhd and other mood disorders and for as long as i can remember art has always been something that brought me peace and happiness. So when life kind of shut down early pandemic and i had so much free time naturally, art is what i chose to fill those moments and it has since become what i turn to to express my emotions or desires or just keep my mind those often negative thoughts
