Carrie Fellens has been a Sommelier for seventeen years. She has been Advanced certified from Sommelier Society of America and Advanced certified from W.S.E.T. (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) and has traveled the world to learn about wine. Carrie has been the Sommelier for three New Jersey restaurants for many years and hosts weekly private parties. Moonshine Supper Club, where she created the wine menu, was awarded the Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Award under her direction, which recognizes restaurants whose wine lists offer interesting selections, are appropriate to their cuisine, and appeal to a wide range of wine lovers.
