The fully-equipped house sits high on a cliff overlooking the ocean to the south and is a short walk to a private beach. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and the third has a twin bed, with two full bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and a deck providing a panoramic view of the Atlantic. Dates are to be arranged at a time mutually convenient for the owner and the auction winner before the end of 2022, and terms and conditions will apply.  (Restricted dates: July 1-5, 2022)
