Mindfulness Meditation Silent Retreat
Bring balance to your life “Meditation has to do with opening what is closed in us, balancing what is reactive, and exploring and investigating what is hidden. That is the way of practice. We practice to open, to balance, and to explore” ~from Seeking the Heart of Wisdom by J. Goldstein and J. Kornfield.
Mindfulness meditation is a way of becoming aware of our compassion, kindness, joy and tranquility as a skillful path to happiness. This half-day of guided meditation is offered as a time for renewal and a time to learn meditation for those seeking a practice. Sitting sessions will alternate with movement and walking meditations.
