Julie Miller and Ken Kraus are pleased to open their home for an authentic Italian dinner on Sunday February 6, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.
Up-and-coming Italian wine maestro and Modena native Matteo Sogne, a frequent University of Utah Lifelong Learning instructor and sommelier/server at Osteria Amore, will conduct this culinary event.
Three Italian wines will complement our four-course dinner. While not conforming to the classic Italian progression of courses, our evening begins with an aperitivo and antipasti followed by a combination of primo piatto, secondo piatto and contorno, and culminating with a dolce.
