Nikki Blackburn Fuller and Sue Geary join forces once again to bring you an amazing evening of Italian food and wines. Nikki will draw on her Italian heritage and her culinary artistry to prepare a sampling of authentic Italian dishes to pair with a tasting of some of Italy's outstanding wines.

Learn about the history and the culture of the wines represented, and hear the stories of the individual winemakers with Sue Geary, Italian wine scholar. We will also give some pointers on how to read the labels of Italian wine bottles. You might leave with a few new ideas for dinner and a little more skill in navigating the Italian wine section of the wine store or a favorite restaurant's wine list.

This event will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022, 6:30pm at the home of Nikki Blackburn Fuller and John Blackburn in Bountiful, Utah. Bring your significant other and celebrate Valentine's Day, or come because you want to learn more about Italy's food and wine. This evening promises to be an event you won't forget.
