We are Steven Steeves and Rada Valkova
Steven was born in Maine and is a classically trained chef at the CIA, NY. He has led the culinary programs at many distinguished hotels and restaurants in his long career. Rada is from Bulgaria and has worked front of the house positions on both sides of the ocean.

We bought the existing business at 1 Bayview Landing in Camden, Maine in 2013. Since then we have worked to sustain a family business with the help of our hardworking, talented crew and loyal customers. Fresh & Co has evolved through the years to become a globally inspired eatery featuring dishes from around the world.

We are often asked: How did you come up with this menu?

Our menu is the result of our roots, travel inspirations and local produce! Our chefs, Steven Steeves and Ryan Townsend, share a commitment to creating exciting and memorable dishes, each executed with precision of flavor and attention to detail. Their culinary interests range from Brazilian seafood stew, via Moroccan spiced lamb, to Lobster corn dog and New England Style Cod!

Rada and Ashley Steeves keep up with this variety over at the bar with a list featuring obscure wines from around the world alongside already established wineries and varietals. We reserve our 16 draft lines for craft Maine brews and offer fun bottle/can options from Japan, Russia, Switzerland — to name a few! Our small but exquisite cocktail list will taunt your taste buds and curiosity.
