2015 Rosenthal Cabaret Sauvignon

A wine that's been made at the Estate in Malibu since the beginning, it's a California classic and icon for Rosenthal.  This Cabernet has a bold, ripe fruit profile balanced by aging in French Oak, with pleasantly softer tannins from a small blend of Merlot. 

Fresh mint, black cherry, plum and vanilla balance out to make a beautifully fruit forward and powerful red wine.  This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for 5-10 years.
