Before Tommy Singer's untimely death in 2014, his estate was set up so that his wife, Rose, and their son could carry on the jewelry business.  The new mark is T & R Singer or Singer Family.

These earrings are classic Singer designs.  They are brand new, and made with sterling silver with gold toned accents.  These accents are most likely a gold filled with blackened areas to highlightthe stamp designs.  The earrings are just under an inch in length long and 2/3rd of an inch in width.  Post and friction back closing in back.  They are stamped T & R Singer and Sterling.
