We are judgment-free yoga and meditation and encourage you to release expectations and embrace yourself, and the truth of who you are and how you show up for the world at this point in your life. We don't have mirrors in our studios on purpose (no comparisons, no competition, no judgements). Our wonderful teachers and class options function as a workout of the body and mind, and allow you to set intentions that work best for you.
