This unit is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 5 and has a balcony.  The configuration is 1 king, 1 queen sofa bed (springless platform bed with 3-piece foam mattress – very comfortable with consistent support; not your ordinary sofa bed!), 1 twin window bed with a thick foam cushion on a wooden bench, and one mini twin window bed that can accommodate a child (but probably not a teenager)

The unit has a full kitchen, 2 Smart TVs, and complimentary wireless Internet.  Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, double sink with disposal, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and crock pot.  

There is a dining table that seats 4 and counter seating for 2.

Valet parking is included for 1 car.

There is no cleaning fee.
