Atchana Capellini is the chef/owner of Atchana's Homegrown Thai at the corner of Commodore Plaza and Grand Avenue in the Grove. She ran the Siam Lotus House (lovingly known as the ugly green building) for many years, and later opened Atchana's East West Kitchen at the Mutiny Hotel. Atchana's newest venture is all about carrying on the family tradition of providing fresh and flavorful Thai cuisine.
