Dr. S. Alexander Earle is an Ivy League educated, double board certified plastic surgeon with vast experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Earle is also the co-founder of Pure Plastic Surgery.
