Arak is a traditional Lebanese alcoholic drink extracted from grape aniseed. Arak Soukara, undergoes a threefold distillation process and is assembled in a slow tear-drop like pattern. In conformity with traditional wisdom and experience, it is given time to mature in terracotta jars.
