100% Pure Unblended Canadian Maple Syrup from the Stenton Sugar Bush on Picard Lake, Ontario.  Great as a pancake syrup, on desserts and in drinks.

Four 125 ml bottles each with a different flavour according to when they are tapped from early harvest light to late harvest dark:

• Extra-light: Harvested at the beginning of the season with a rich, delicate and subtle taste (extra-light colour).


• Amber-light: Harvested in the early to middle of the season with a buttery but still delicate taste (light colour).


• Mid-harvest Medium: Harvested in middle of the season with a more complex and toffee-like taste. (medium colour)


• Late-harvest Dark: Harvested at the end of the season with a robust complex taste and clear maple notes (dark/golden brown colour).

Unblended, single origin Canada. Gluten free, vegan, traceable from forest to plate. NO additives, NO preservatives, NO artificial flavours.
