Two pick up locations are available, one in Guerneville and one in Sebastopol.  Winner will be instructed on how to arrange for pick up, delivery or for shipping at the close of the auction.


Delivery-For just $10 more Stewards is pleased to offer personal delivery of auction item(s) right to your door. This offer is good only in Sonoma County. We must have a street address not a PO Box.  Winning bidders will receive instructions about how to arrange delivery in their winning bid confirmation email after the auction closes. Stay safe, support your parks! 


Wine or beer will be available for pick up (free) or delivery in Sonoma County (additional $10) as long as it is received by an adult over the age of 21. Wine and Beer shipping is unavailable!


If arrangements for delivery are not set up, items will be mailed to the address provided (as long as its not wine or beer), and shipping costs will be charged. Please note shipping charges on heavy items can be costly from Sonoma County. If no address has been provided, the sale will be void in 30 days, the winner may treat their bid as a tax-deductible donation to Stewards, and the item will be resold at a future auction.


Winning bidder must be 21+ years of age on all beer or wine.
