Description
Patagonia in southern Argentina is quite different from the rest of the country, with cold winds coming from the Antarctic. Pinot Noir is the focus, retaining its fresh acidity in the cooler climate – perfect for the production of rosé. This light, appealing, pale-colored pink wine has inviting floral aromas of roses and jasmine, with juicy redcurrants and some spicy ginger on the lingering finish. Very refreshing – drink on its own or with a fruit salad.
Pale orange-tinged pink. Aromas of raspberry and minerals are complicated by a hint of stone fruits. At once supple and juicy, projecting surprising fruit intensity and savory minerality to its strawberry, raspberry and nectarine flavors. This substantial tactile, lively, dry rosé boasts excellent palate presence and should be flexible at the dinner table. Finishes chewy and persistent without coming across as phenolic.

Winning bidders will receive instructions about how to arrange delivery in their winning bid confirmation email after the auction closes. Stay safe, support your parks!
Winning beer will be available for pick up (free) or delivery in Sonoma County (additional $10) as long as it is received by an adult over the age of 21. Wine and Beer shipping is unavailable!
If arrangements for delivery are not set up, items will be mailed to the address provided (as long as its not wine or beer), and shipping costs will be charged. Please note shipping charges on heavy items can be costly from Sonoma County. If no address has been provided, the sale will be void in 30 days, the winner may treat their bid as a tax-deductible donation to Stewards, and the item will be resold at a future auction.
Winning bidder must be 21+ years of age on all beer or wine.
