SILO Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2018: A bottling of just 51 cases from a memorable partnership between two wine country icons and two outstanding vineyards: Susie Bynum, who continues the legacy of her legendary father, Davis Bynum, THE ORIGINAL Russian River pioneer who created the iconic Rochioli Pinots, and the Bannister Family, founded over 30 years ago by Rodney Strong's Marty Bannister. The fruit comes from the exclusive Lancel Creek Vineyard planted and farmed by the renowned Ulises Valdez, and the famed Griffin's Lair Vineyard which provides elite producers Kosta Browne and Pax Mahle. Certified Sustainable since 2012, and planted to exclusive Pommard and Dijon clones from Burgundy, this tiny hand-farmed vineyard sits in the Petaluma Gap, a unique micro-climate which benefits from constant cool marine air and ever-present morning fog, which slows the ripening down and is ideal for Pinot. Aged 30 full months in custom French oak, it's aromatic and complex, offering up creamy smooth layers of that classic Sonoma Coast fruit: dark black cherry, blackberry and cranberry, clove and violets, with a nice savory touch of coastal earthiness and a food-friendly finish. The 2018 vintage is shaping up to be one of the finest of the decade.

Two pick up locations are available, one in Guerneville and one in Sebastopol. Winner will be instructed on how to arrange for pick up, delivery or for shipping at the close of the auction.
Delivery-For just $10 more Stewards is pleased to offer personal delivery of auction item(s) right to your door. This offer is good only in Sonoma County. We must have a street address not a PO Box. Winning bidders will receive instructions about how to arrange delivery in their winning bid confirmation email after the auction closes. Stay safe, support your parks!
Winning beer will be available for pick up (free) or delivery in Sonoma County (additional $10) as long as it is received by an adult over the age of 21. Wine and Beer shipping is unavailable!
If arrangements for delivery are not set up, items will be mailed to the address provided (as long as its not wine or beer), and shipping costs will be charged. Please note shipping charges on heavy items can be costly from Sonoma County. If no address has been provided, the sale will be void in 30 days, the winner may treat their bid as a tax-deductible donation to Stewards, and the item will be resold at a future auction.
Winning bidder must be 21+ years of age on all beer or wine.
