Description

My dad grew up in Houserville, playing in and along the banks of Spring Creek. When ClearWater started working nearly two decades ago on restoring a stretch of riparian buffer just upstream of the family homestead, it was fun to involve dad and mom in the plantings and talk about the old neighborhood. As this farm on Spring Creek continues to grow as a stewardship demonstration site with a growing partnership between ClearWater and the Rockenbeck family, I am so excited to help dream and celebrate the amazing new possibilities! This painting is dedicated to both my Watson family and to my ClearWater family, for shaping who I am and what I stand for in the world.
