Nebraska Knoll Sugar Farm is family-owned and operated by Lew and Audrey Coty; they have sugared here since 1980. Situated in the heart of the Green Mountains, near Mount Mansfield, Vermont's highest peak.

Lew is a backcountry skiing icon around Stowe!  Through the Stowe schools’ Friday program, he has taught generations of youth how to enjoy the trails that aren’t on any trail map!
