Event.

This event will take your tastebuds on a tour of four legendary bourbon houses in
Kentucky: Heaven Hill (Elijah Craig 18 year), Buffalo Trace (Weller Antique 107), Jim Beam (Knob Creek 12 year) and Four Roses (Single Barrel Private Selection). We will be sampling extremely limited and sought after bourbons with a tasting and education experience. Guests will be welcomed with smoked St. Louis ribs followed by pulled pork and poblano melts and other BBQ bites. Elijah Craig 18-Year-Old is one of Heaven Hill’s most sought-after Bourbons and
released in extremely limited qualities and bottled at 90 proof.

Old Weller Antique 107 is a recognizable Buffalo Trace product, often referred to
as Poor Man’s Pappy. This one has become incredibly difficult to find.

Knob Creek 12 Year Bourbon is produced by the Jim Beam distillery and was
ranked #2 on Whisky Advocate’s Top 20 Whiskies List in 2020.

Four Roses 11-year Private Single Barrel Bourbon (Diablo Foods) This Four
Roses Single Barrel selected by Diablo Foods is from the OBSQ recipe, aged 11
years and bottled at 108 proof.

Elijah Craig is the pinnacle of Bourbon craftsmanship. Bold, robust, and incredibly
complex, 18-Year-Old presents a rare and unique opportunity to sip some of the
oldest Bourbon in Kentucky. Elijah Craig 18-Year-Old is one of their most sought
after Bourbons and released in extremely limited qualities and bottled at 90 proof.

W.L. WELLER ANTIQUE
Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
A wheated bourbon with a full-bodied fl avor and a balanced palate. Old
Weller Antique is bottled at 107 proof, off ering a complex taste and bold
fi nish. It’s certainly a recognizable member of the Weller label, with its
own unique characteristics to compliment the high proof. Often referred to
as Poor Man’s Pappy. This one has become incredibly difficult to find. As a
result of this, many are unable to get their hands on this one other than the
occasional bar pour. However, the bottle is absolutely worth the hunt.

Knob Creek 12 Year Bourbon
Kentucky- Aged for 12 years in white American oak casks and bottled at 100 proof.
Features bold and spicy overtones, leathered fruits, vanilla and caramelized wood
flavors with a warm smoky char finish. Whisky Advocate Top 20 Whiskies of 2020
#2.

Four Roses 11 year Private Single Barrel Bourbon (Diablo Foods)
Four Roses has 10 different bourbon recipes which are created with 2 different
mashbills and various yeasts. This Four Roses Single Barrrel selected by Diablo
Foods is from the OBSQ recipe, aged 11 years and is 108 proof. OBSQ combines a
rye-forward “B” mashbill with our floral “Q” yeast strain, the result is a very robust,
spicy and floral Bourbon.
