I understand that the value indicated for the Item is a good faith estimate of the value of the goods/services furnished. I further understand that all items are sold "as is", and that any restrictions noted related to the Item are nonnegotiable.

By purchasing this Item, I release the California State PTA, including all unit, council, and district PTAs and all of their officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees, and agents (collectively “the PTA”) and the Item donor, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action arising out of or related to the possession, redemption, participation in, or other use of the Item.
