Providing Promise Book witten by our very own Gold Star Spouse Kris Rystrom Emmert. Kris is the surviving spouse of the late Commander Jon Rystrom from Bear Ace 603 mishap in 1993. Their two daughters received the VVOSA Memorial Scholarship.
