2019 CABERNET FRANC - 

Our red wines are aged 16-25 months in American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels. Additional bottle aging achieves the perfect balance of fruit and tannic structure, and our diverse portfolio is a blend of estate-grown Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, as well as varietals sourced from the best vineyards in the country.

Cabernet Franc is the signature varietal of Truro Vineyards. Open vat fermentation, extended maceration and 18 months barrel aging all contribute to rich varietal fruit flavors and herbal tannins. Pair this tasty dry red with beef, pork, and roasted dishes.
