Auction bids are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Winner will receive their certificate via email within 3 weeks after auction concludes. Burst must be picked up by the winner at Luft Balloons (1535 N. Dayton Street, Chicago, IL 60642). Expires one year after auction closes (5/15/23) unless otherwise noted.
