Are you ready to prioritize yourself and your health?  The Optimal Wellness Starter Package is a great introduction to Health Coaching.  Together we will work on clarifying your vision of what Optimal Wellness means to you.  Maybe that is improved sleep and more energy, less stress, moving your body more, food choices that nourish your body and soul or feeling more connected with others.  Together we will identify the barriers that get in the way of you feeling your best and create a high level plan that helps you prioritize yourself to get you on your way to achieve what Optimal Wellness means to you.  This package includes follow up sessions where we can check in on your progress against your goals. This is your first step to taking charge of your health!
