Description
Are your neck, shoulders, and mind feeling tense from working on your computer all day? Enjoy four 15-minute guided desk yoga sessions where you will learn movements to relieve your aching neck and shoulders. To ease your mind, each session will finish with a relaxing guided meditation that will enable you to take on the rest of your work day feeling refreshed and renewed.
Your sessions will be guided by Michele Whitcombe, a Coordinator on the Weston Family Foundation’s operations team. Michele discovered desk yoga while studying at university and has developed a consistent practice she enjoys sharing with her friends and colleagues.
