Allison Kehne is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Nutrition Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She will help you personalize your goals and personalize your plan to achieve those goals.
This package is for a 60 minute Zoom or Phone call Nutrition Coaching Session. You and Allison will work together to determine the path you will take to wellness.
Special Instructions
Must be used by December 2022.
If you continue working with Allison after the initial session, you will receive a 20% discount on all Nutrition Services, and a 20% discount on a 3 month Personal Training Package.
