Fork Food Lab is a non-profit food business incubator and is home to nearly 50 small businesses working from a shared commercial kitchen space in Portland. A Taste of Fork features products from Fork Food Lab members and alumni and the $50 gift certificate is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of all the up-and-coming Maine chefs' creations! Also included is a $30 gift certificate to Maine Mead Works. With over fourteen years of dedicated brewing experience and a trove of modern, dry mead recipes to discover, their intimate tasting rooms are just the place to delve into the next big thing! A Taste of Fork can be redeemed for online pre-orders or during in-person store hours, Fridays 12-4pm.
