It is a private event hosted by the family/families of a Chaparral student for the benefit of students and parents. By purchasing this event you agree to release and hold harmless the host family/families from all claims for negligence, and further agree to defend and hold harmless the host family/families from any of your acts or omissions (or those of your children) occurring at the event, or in transit to or from the event, that may give rise to personal injury or property damage.
