Online or telephone reservations are not accepted, and passes must be exchanged for a boarding pass at the ticket booth prior to boarding the vessel. Reservations will be accepted in person at the Charles Riverboat Company ticket booth within one week of the available desired cruise.
Passes are not valid for Sunset Cruises or any Specialty Cruises.
