Chef Omar Huerta, Executive Chef at Calavera Restaurant, will create a beautiful fresh, local, organic, seasonal, nutritious custom menu (FLOSN is the foundation of The Conscious Kitchen) for 10 guests at the buyer’s home. A sampling of organic and biodynamic wines will accompany the meal.
