2017 Cambria Estate Chardonnay has a flinty, Burgundian minerality as well as notes of ripe orchard and lemon fruits, spice, and white flowers. Bright, juicy, and elegant on the palate, it's a beautiful Chardonnay that represents a smoking value. You'll be hard-pressed to beat this as a house white.

2018 Daou Sauvignon Blanc is a lovely, bright and cheery Sauvignon Blanc. It proffers tantalizing aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and gooseberry, with hints of quince. Floral notes of lemongrass and acacia are balanced with lychee and wet stone.

2016 Feudo Maccari Grillo Sicily is fresh and lightly floral on the nose with savoury, nutty notes. The palate has crisp, citrus flavours with riper stone fruit characters on the textured mid-palate.

2018 Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris is medium-bodied, off-dry with ripe pear, stone fruit with soft citrus flavours on the palate. Chill and enjoy on its own, or pair with a sautéed pork tenderloin.
