The painting has been inspired by the Biblical verse so often used by Care Families living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. 1 Corinthians 13:7 and 8: 

Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.  
 
Molly Courcelle is a renowned inspirational artist based in Asheville NC. Molly has embraced these biblical words and her art reflects them and honors and celebrates Memory Matters Care Families. She has incorporated the Forget Me Not flower into her work. The flower is used as an emblem by the Alzheimer's Society in the UK and a photo of the flower was placed on Mikes's Mums' bed during the latter stage of her life in England.  
 
Mike and Barbara sincerely hope the painting will find a joyful home and contribute good charitable funds to Memory Matters Care Services.  
 
In commissioning this beautiful work of art, it was the intention of Mike and Barbara to celebrate the compassionate care delivered with unfailing dedication by Memory Matters Staff and Volunteers over the past 25 years and, to honor Memory Matters Care Families past, present, and future.
