The artist described this painting by saying, "It is about a feeling I have had all of my life. I sort of feel like I'm not from here. I guess that sort of sounds weird but it is the honest truth. I can remember being a little girl looking out the window staring at the stars and thinking I am not from this planet. It is an interesting feeling to feel like you are not human but pretending to be. Over the years I have gone through so many experiences and many were very challenging like most of us can relate to. I realize that even though perhaps I may feel like I am not from here, my mission is to go through this human experience. What a wonderful way to evolve experiencing all the ins and outs of a human life cycle."
