Redemption Instructions once you WIN your BID!
- Call the ticket office for reservations no more than 2 weeks and no less than 3 days prior to the concert.
- After making a reservation, please present this certificate at the Will Call window starting 1 hour to 30 minutes before concert time, on the date of the chosen concert.
- You will be provided a confirmation number to write on the Ticket Certificate.
- If you cannot attend your selected concert, please call to release your seats.

This item will be available for pickup on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at John Adams Middle School Performing Arts Center, Santa Monica.
Auction pickup times will be sent out to winning bidders.
If the winning bidder is a current participant in an Elemental Music program, we will do our best to deliver your winning items directly to your rehearsal during the week of Feb 28.
If the item needs to be shipped, the winning bidder is responsible for the additional shipping charges and will be billed to your account. All items are shipped with tracking. The shipper, not Elemental Music, is responsible for successful delivery.
